EY Partner to speak at Diversity in Action Summit

Susan Doughty

The World Economic Forum in its Global Gender Gap Report 2015 estimates it will take 117 years to achieve global gender parity in the workplace. This doesn’t just impact on families and societies, but a company’s bottom line.

Susan Doughty, a partner in EY’s People Advisory Services practice, will speak about inclusive reward strategies and solutions at IPENZ’s Diversity in Action Summit on 19 August at Te Papa, Wellington.

Susan says “If your partner comes home and says ‘I’m being paid $10,000 less for the same job’, then that’s $10,000 less coming into your household. That has a direct impact on the family unit and society as a whole.”

Find out how to identify the root cause of the pay gap in your organisation, how to use data to drive better diversity outcomes and ultimately create inclusive reward strategies and solutions.
