Women in Engineering: Snapshot 2014
Since 2011, we’ve been working to increase the involvement of women in engineering – from student to senior management and governance. This report looks at our progress. We surveyed 19 engineering employers to understand the status of women in engineering and the policies and practices employers have in place to support their employees. While the vast majority of employers surveyed offer flexible work practices, recruitment of women in engineering is still low. In this report, we recommend what employers can do to increase diversity in their businesses.
