Annual Review 2013

This year we commissioned a survey to find out what our Members expect from us. Results showed we need to be the voice of the profession, ensure high work standards are met and provide support to develop their careers.

We generated over $9,000,000 in revenue but had a deficit of $588,160. This was due to legal costs for our complaints process and a series of investments to ensure the future of our organisation eg new IT systems. We have also allocated $300,000 for our Centenary celebrations in 2014.

Our Membership currently stands at 14,936.
